What happens when three friends from different locations and with different backgrounds, decide to get together in Winter Park, Colorado? They decide it is where they are all meant to be. A love of the mountains, skiing and the accompanying lifestyle “force” them out of the corporate world and into the challenges of starting their own business – in a new setting they are happy to call home. In choosing Mill/Works as your builder, you are guaranteed that you will always be working directly with a proprietor of the business, through every step of the building project. They each come with a wealth of unique experience that together with their emphasis on personal attention, combines to create one tremendous building team. Billy will work to get you started with the project and will walk you through the design process, obtaining the required building plans, working out the pricing, and getting a jump start on the purchasing of materials. Paul and Chuck then take over as the actual project managers. They are on-site on a daily basis, actually building your house! The Mill/Works partners are prepared to take on any scenario; from helping you to develop design plans and work with an architect, to starting with finished plans you bring to the table. They are a team whose work style is flexible – and can meet the needs of any scope of project.
